Maintenance Services
END2END can support and maintain all of the components that constitute a Data Centre / Computer Room. The following are the typical components:

Data Centre / Computer Room Components
ComponentCover/Response AvailableService Deliverables (for all levels of Cover)
A/CFully Comprehensive - 24 x 7, 365 days a year with a 4 hour response (all parts and labour) + PM's
Time and Materials- 24 x 7 or 9-5 Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Includes PM's but excludes parts and labour
Waranty Uplift- 24 x 7 4 hour response + PM's (only year 1)
Break/Fix - Includes problem isolation, on-site visits as required to resolve the problem and all parts and labour
Preventative Servicing- 2 or 4 service inspections per annum (dependent on type of component) undertaken during normal working hours to complete standard servicing (e.g. filter replacement)
Reporting-A report is issued to designated personnel, which gives the status of the components
