Rack In-Line Current Meters
Understanding the current load of IT racks has become more and more important to ensure that they don't become overloaded and cause unnecessary downtime. Often cost is the issue. This unit can monitor a rack power feed for less than £100 (using the dual feed unit), truly a cost-effective solution
The Meters
In-Line Rack Current Meters give you the capability to understand the current load both locally and remotely without throwing away your current rack PDU's.The meters plug in between the power sources (IEC commando sockets) to the rack and the rack PDU's, with each unit able to handle 1 or 2 PDU's. The unit can be mounted at the side of the racks (0u) or can be positioned underneath the raised floor. If required, the amp readings can be viewed remotely, either by a web page or via an SNMP-enabled application. For a datasheet, click here
Options
The units come in 16A or 32A configurations (single phase) and single or dual feeds.

If you want to monitor power (kWh) as well as current, look at our in-line Power Meters
